Boothbay Harbor is a beautiful, mid-coast Maine village with many shops, galleries, restaurants of all levels, and local activities for all ages. You can enjoy the crashing surf, quiet coves, beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets around the area. Along with the opportunity to go whale watching, sailing, fishing, and visit Monhegan Island, you can also make arrangements for a local lobsterman to show you first-hand what's involved with trapping the Maine Lobster from the local Atlantic waters. Town has many activities throughout the year including Windjammer Festival, arts & crafts festivals, wonderful local farmers market every Thursday morning, local music and of course the small town parades! Boothbay Harbor has a great YMCA with all kinds of activities and programs, along with Camp Knickerbockers day camp for the kids. Multiple sailing opportunities and lessons for the kids are available at various Yacht Clubs in the area. And don't forget to pack the clubs. The Boothbay Country Club invites you to play the perfect Maine Golf Course.

Most of the properties offered through Boothbay Region Rental Properties are rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday, during the summer months, but please feel free to inquire about different time frames. We'll try our best to accommodate you.

	*In Town* - Water Front - Walk to Town - Sleeps 4-6 Lobster Cove Cottage - This two story year round cottage is on a quiet lot at the tip of Lobster Cove in Boothbay Harbor with tidal frontage! Swim from the rocky shore, or just dip your toes in to the cool Atlantic waters at high tide. At low tide explore the exposed rocks and hidden wonders of a Maine tidal cove. Relax on the 10' x 24' front deck and watch the tide as it comes and goes. This home offers a King size bed in the second floor master bedroom, and a first floor bedroom with a queen size bed. Walk a 1/2 mile to the east side of the harbor for fresh cooked lobster dock side (or get live ones to go), or continue across the foot bridge to down town for shopping, dining, boating excursions, and entertainment. No smoking; pets negotiable.
	*In Town* - Harbor Water Front - Walk to Town - Sleeps 2-4 Studio 53 Cottage - This second story apartment style cottage is at the waters edge at the head of the harbor. Only a two minute walk to the heart of Down Town Boothbay Harbor. Enjoy elevated views of the busy harbor from the waterfront deck. Inside is a spacious kitchen with dining area, and living room with a trundle bed for extra sleeping space. Cable TV, DVD player, stereo, and more. The bedroom has a queen bed with ample space. Launch your kayak from the front yard, or spread out a blanket and soak up the sun. No Smoking, small pet negotiable.
	In Town - Waterfront - Dockside - Walk to Town - Sleeps 2-4 Pirate Cove Cottage - Enjoy the water view from the comfort of the living room, or just sit on the wharf by the waters' edge. Located less than a half mile from town this cottage is an easy walk to the harbor. You can enjoy fishing from the dock or stroll just down the road to Barret Park to go fishing, swimming, or just relax in the sun. You can also enjoy your included lobster dinner for two right at the waters edge. This one bedroom cottage is best suited for a couple. Kids are welcome, but require close supervision on the wharf and dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. A gas grill is available on the deck. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Mooring available. Linens are included. Sleeps 2-4 (1 double, 1 pull out sofa), 1 bath. No smoking; pets negotiable.
	In Town - On the Harbor - Dock - Mooring - Walk to Town - Sleeps 12 The Dock - Enjoy spectacular 180 degree views of the harbor and the ocean in this unique New England vacation home. This over the water 6 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms house includes 1 full kitchen and 2 kitchenettes, a great room for all of your gatherings and water views from every room. The house is off the beaten path but walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants that picturesque Boothbay Harbor has to offer. Experience Maine like never before in this family oriented town. Activities include whale watching, kayaking, boat rentals, sailing, site seeing, dining and shopping.
	In Town - Attached Guest House - Walk to Town - Sleeps 8-12 Atlantic Cottage - Located on the East side of the harbor this wonderful cottage has been totally renovated inside. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans. Washer & dryer, ironing board and iron are available if you need them. Linens included; no smoking; small pet negotiable. Three bedrooms with queen sleeper in separate loft and 2.5 baths in the main house, attached cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. With both units you can sleep 12. Main house and cottage may be rented separately.

Enjoy lazy summer days on the deck overlooking a small duck pond, and evening refreshments on the rustic screen porch. Recently renovated this cottage has all the comforts of home. A large enclosed porch allows for magnificent ocean views even on those cool mornings as the sun burns off the morning fog. The cottage is true to the architecture of Maine's coastal vacation homes of the early 1900's, with open studded walls, stone fireplace, cozy bedrooms, and a large porch. 	East Boothbay - Oceanfront - Boothbay Shores - Sleeps 2-4 Easterly - Every window has an Atlantic Ocean or Damariscotta River View. Watch Dolphins, seals, & Loons. And once in June 2008 a Humpback Whale was seen swimming right in front of the cottage!! Walk the wooded King Philips Trail, pass Treasure Island, Little River Lobster Wharf and artist's studios. Bike, hike, kayak, fish, shop, beach, restaurants, gourmet grocery & cafe, boat tours, adventures to islands, movie theater, nature parks, botanical gardens, antique stores, marina’s, spa’s, train ride, boat rentals within a few miles. Or just relax and read your summer book while you watch the boats go by. The style is Olde English Sea Captain mixed with Asian antiques. There are peeks of Linekin Bay from the open deck on the front of the cottage. Tastefully decorated and furnished, yet still true to the original comfortable style of Appalachee cottages. Your only a few short steps to the association beach on Appalachee lake were you can swim or kayak if you like. The association dock on Linekin bay is close by for access to the Atlantic waters. 	Boothbay Harbor- Sprucewold - Sleeps 4 Sprucewold Cottage - This two bedroom cottage has been currently renovated with a new first floor bathroom and a new laundry room. The second floor bedroom area with queen size bed and private half bath is accessible by the spiral staircase and is open to the living area below. As a tenant, you will have access to the members only Sprucewold beach area, about a quarter mile away (pets are not allowed at the beach area). Down town Boothbay Harbor is only a mile and a half from the cottage. The cottage is located in a wooded area on a private road with minimal traffic. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet and still be close to all that the region has to offer. No Smoking, pets negotiable
	Boothbay - Lakefront - Knickerbocker Lake - Sleeps 2-4 Almost Heaven - This lake front cottage is named Almost Heaven "because it's so cozy, comfortable, and close to the lake that it's perfect. Enjoy the westerly views and sunsets over Glen Cove from the roofed over porch, or walk the two mile loop around Boothbay Shores to view the rocky cost of Maine at Little River Harbor, Damariscotta River, and the open Atlantic. 	Southport - Waterfront - Dockside on Decker's Cove - Sleeps 2-4 Myrcra-Lo Cottage - You can't get any closer to the action of a working fishing harbor without actually being on the boat. This quaint little cottage is at the edge of a local lobsterman's wharf with wonderful views overlooking Decker's Cove, and the Southport Bridge. You can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the elevated deck watching the local fishermen departing on their daily trip to trap lobsters.
